What happens if I run out of included reports?
You can purchase extra reports directly from your workspace at any time — there’s no hard stop. Unused reports do not carry over to the next billing period; your allotment resets every 30 days. Rates per extra report depend on your plan:

What are AI coaching credits and what happens when I run out?
AI credits power the coaching workspace — session prep, notes analysis, and open questions each use one credit. Unused credits carry over to your next billing period, up to one month’s allotment (50 for Starter, 125 for Established, 625 for Agency). When you run out, you can top up immediately from your workspace. Top-up packs are priced per plan:

Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes, anytime from your workspace billing page. The change takes effect at the start of your next billing period — you keep your current plan’s full allotment until then. There is no immediate proration or charge when you change plan.
What’s the Data Processing Agreement about?
Because the workspace processes personal data on your clients’ behalf, you sign a Data Processing Agreement with us as part of registration, in line with GDPR and Swiss FADP requirements. You can review it before completing signup.
